  • Technical Failures: If a paid service is unavailable due to system errors or technical issues on our platform, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.

  • Duplicate Payments: If a user accidentally pays twice for the same service.

  • Incorrect Billing: If a payment is incorrectly charged due to administrative errors.

Please note that purchasing a listing, advertising package, or subscription confirms your acceptance of the service terms. Refunds will not be granted due to changes in user preference, regret, or failure to utilize the service.

2. Premium Listing Subscriptions

Our premium listing packages (Monthly, Semi-Annual, Annual, and Two-Year options) are prepaid and non-refundable once activated. Refunds may be considered only in cases where we fail to provide the agreed-upon listing service due to platform errors. Users are encouraged to review package details before purchasing.

3. Advertising Packages and Top Spot Listings

Advertising banners, featured listings, and top spot placements are billed separately. Refunds for these services will only be issued if the ad placement fails due to technical problems on our platform and cannot be rectified within a reasonable period. Partial refunds may be offered in proportion to the unutilized service period.

4. Payment Disputes

All payments are processed through secure and verified payment gateways. Users disputing a charge should contact us first before contacting their financial institution. We aim to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

5. Method of Refund

Refunds, if approved, will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Limitations
  • We do not offer refunds for services rendered correctly and as advertised.

  • Refunds do not apply to any bonuses, promotions, or third-party services accessed through our platform.

  • Any refund granted does not imply future eligibility or affect ongoing subscriptions.
